And below is the original pig form created by Acme Design Inc led by Clint Borucki, sculpted by Jon Olimb, molded by Dean Millermon, and cast by Kenn Kooi... You can see how cute the pig used to look before undergoing his surgical procedures in the Kosart Effects dungeon...
Finished or not, Boaris Frankenswine will be at the Gallery Show this Thursday at the Bill Parks Gallery at the American Academy of Art in Chicago, IL from 5-8pm with all the other pigs. Plus, there will be more events announced soon, along with more pictures as the Frankenswine nears completion.
Also, read my interview in an article on Lemont.Patch.com about the event HERE ... here's an excerpt from the article explaining the fund-raising event Frankenswine and the other pigs are for...
"In an effort to raise awareness for St. Alphonsus/St Patrick School's fifth annual Winter Gala on March 19, the School Advisory Board’s creative committee decided to pick items for the event’s silent auction that the whole town could fall in love with: 10 life-size, professionally-painted sculptures of pigs that will be on-the-go for the next few months." ~ Lemont.Patch.com
